From 2014 through 2025, we have delivered over 20 cable carrousel systems and 100+ supporting components, primarily to markets in Europe and Southeast Asia. Individual unit capacities range from 250 MT to 12,500 MT across the full product spectrum.
Operating three manufacturing bases, we offer end-to-end production capabilities encompassing:
• Welding and assembly of steel structures
• Drive system manufacturing (including electrical equipment and drive control software)
• Forging and precision machining of standalone center columns
• Production of complete roller and sprocket assemblies
Upon completion of shop fabrication, components are transferred to our dedicated assembly yard within Zhangjiagang Port—adjacent to the production facilities—for final alignment, precision assembly, and full-function operational testing. Following successful commissioning and export customs clearance, dual 800-T cranes at the berth perform synchronized lifts to load the assembled carrousels onto bulk carrier decks, where they are secured for shipment.
From steel plate cutting and structural welding to machining, final assembly, and ocean dispatch, the entire production cycle is executed within a closed-loop ecosystem spanning our manufacturing campus and the adjacent port. This integrated workflow ensures seamless end-to-end delivery and significantly reduces lead times.
