The three production bases of Taicang, Changshu and Zhangjiagang are equipped with full-process advanced manufacturing equipment, covering five major aspects: blanking, forming, welding, machining and surface treatment. Core equipment includes:
• Steel structure cutting, welding and bending equipment: It has 22000 high-power laser cutting machines, CNC flame/plasma cutting machines, multi-station automatic welding centers, gantry submerged arc welding machines, 12 - 23m edge planer, 40 - 200mm plate bending machines, large bending machines, H-section steel assembly production lines, CNC punching machines and precision straightening machines. The company has a fully qualified welder team covering CCS, ABS, DNV, BV, LR, and AWS standards, and the welding quality is fully in line with international maritime engineering standards.
• Machining equipment: It has a 5.0m× 10m five-axis gantry boring and milling machining center, a 2.5m× 13m gantry milling and boring machine, a 1600 gantry milling and boring machine, a 130 - 200 series digital milling and boring machine, dozens of CNC milling and boring machines, vertical machining centers and 5 - 15m CNC vertical lathes, etc.
• Surface treatment system: It is equipped with large-scale annealing furnaces, shot peening rooms, professional painting rooms and ultra-long hot-dip galvanizing tanks to meet the hot-dip galvanizing needs of various steel structural parts.
• The lifting and transportation link is equipped with more than 30 cranes of 50 - 320 tons, and the total equipment scale of the three production bases reaches more than 220 sets.
• Inspection: Equipped with a complete set of non-destructive testing and physical and chemical analysis equipment such as universal material testing machines and ultrasonic flaw detectors to ensure that product quality is controllable throughout the process.
