This integrated footprint supports a full industrial chain encompassing heavy structural welding, casting/forging, precision machining, and surface treatment. 2, Core Equipment We operate over 220 sets of advanced machining equipment, including a 22,000 W ultra-high-power laser cutter, high-power plasma cutting systems, extra-long edge planers, plate rolling machines, and multi-station automated welding lines for primary forming and fabrication. Downstream processing is supported by extra-large gantry boring-milling centers, vertical machining centers, and CNC vertical lathes—delivering end-to-end manufacturing capability from raw plate cutting through finished product assembly for heavy offshore equipment. 3, Process & Quality System We strictly comply with ASTM, EN, and JIS standards, supported by large-scale blasting and painting facilities plus a full-length hot-dip galvanizing line. This establishes an integrated "forming–machining–corrosion protection" quality control regime, ensuring delivered products withstand the most demanding offshore environments over their full service life. 4, Port Advantage The Zhangjiagang facility sits adjacent to one of China's premier bulk cargo terminals and features a dedicated assembly yard with 800 T lifting capacity. Our closed-loop delivery model—spanning fabrication, commissioning, load-out, and export customs clearance—ensures seamless transition from workshop to vessel deck, significantly reducing overall project lead time.

Our welding team holds full certifications across major classification society standards—including CCS, ABS, DNV, BV, LR, and AWS—ensuring welding procedures and finished deliverables fully comply with international offshore engineering codes and practices.

All three manufacturing bases—Taicang, Zhangjiagang, and Changshu—hold facility approvals from leading classification societies including ABS, DNV, BV, LR, CCS, and NK. Backed by in-house material testing laboratories, NDT centers, and a full suite of high-precision inspection equipment, we enforce a rigorous, end-to-end quality control regime spanning incoming material verification, in-process control, and final NDT inspection. Each base operates under standardized QC procedures, with third-party classification society surveyors conducting inspection and witnessing throughout the entire workflow, ensuring delivered products consistently conform to international maritime regulations and individual shipowner technical specifications.
